Animal Models for Preclinical Decision

Animal studies (in vivo) at Synapse are conducted within a comprehensive, internationally standardized platform dedicated to the design, development, and execution of animal disease models. These models are developed to accurately recapitulate human pathophysiology and to support mechanistic investigations, as well as the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy and safety, generating robust, reproducible, and decision-oriented data. The platforms are structured in a modular and purpose-driven manner, designed according to drug classes, biological pathways, and the real needs of preclinical and translational projects.
